Portion Control

We have a choice of portioning scales depending on the particular application. From stand alone through to net-worked takeaway scales. Our takeaway scales have been very popular in the "ready meals" sector due to their negative weighing function, and traffic light LED’s for accurate portioning control. Multiple scales can be networked to a central PC and using our software, work orders can be downloaded from the PC to individual or several machines at one time. Weight controls can then be monitored and adjusted accordingly to minimise product loss. The scales meet HACCP requirements and are made entirely of stainless steel with an IP67/68 rating, the open design helps prevent product contamination and makes for easy cleaning. Not a speck of dust could hide itself in these scales!
